For online orders, you will choose your options on the order form. Please note the number or description of the etching design you want on your item. You will need to choose it from a list on the order form. You will also choose options such as wood type, stain color, etc. on the order form. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.

If you place an order online, by phone, or fax, the credit card is not charged until the order is ready for shipment. Additional options and changes can be made by contacting us by phone or email. If you add items the online system is not equipped to handle, such as multiple etchings on the same product, you will be contacted with a corrected total. Nothing is charged to your credit card by the online ordering system. It only gathers the information for us to complete the order.

Orders are not processed on weekends, so if you send us an email or leave a message, we will answer it on the next business day. 

Please include your name and the item you ordered or your order number if you need to contact us.

To Order by Email:  Please specify the options you would like and how you would like to pay. We will email you back with a total. Sending your credit card information by email is not secure. You can then pay by calling in your credit card number, mailing a check, or by using Pay Pal. If you aren't a Pay Pal member, you can sign up and pay by credit card, check, or electronically from your bank account. (Pay Pal is a free service. Products are shipped from Yankton, South Dakota.
All shipping damage claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing materials for inspection by the shipper.
We ship Fed Ex Ground or US Postal Service regular ground service. Faster service available upon request.

Shipping Charges


Our products carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Damages due to misuse or mishandling are not covered.


Non-warranty returned merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Custom Orders may not be returned.
